Human Relations Area Files, Inc. at Yale University collects publications on cultures of the world -- books, manuscripts, journal articles, and dissertations by anthropologists, sociologists, other social scientists, travelers, and missionaries, and indexes them at the paragraph level using a specially developed system of subject codes known as the Outline of Cultural Materials, or OCM).
