However, many local historical societies publish small journals that may not be indexed in Search.Libraries, JSTOR, or Google Scholar. For comprehensive research on niche topics, consult the databases America: History and Life and the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Center in addition to Search.Libraries. (For example, the articles from the journal Northwest Ohio History (available in print in the library) are described individually in American History and Life but not in Search.Libraries).
