The IDEA Committee develops measurable actions by which inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility are embedded in the operations of the Oberlin College Libraries. The Committee is working on several areas to draft policy and provide information and guidelines for staff at OCL. The following tabs are areas we decided to focus on at our 2022 summer retreat. Any new areas of interest will be added as they emerge. Staff interested in assisting with a particular area, or interested in joining the committee are welcome to contact anyone currently on the committee.
