On Campus Access
If you are on campus and want to check something out of the libraries, use the REQUEST ITEM option in OBIS or the OhioLINK Library Catalog and you'll get an email telling you when and where to pick it up.
Off-Campus Access
Your EZproxy credentials are:
- Last name
- Barcode number on the back of your OCID (29362xxxxxx)
Contact jweir@oberlin.edu if you have problems with your barcode.
For some material, you might need to authenticate with OhioLINK
If EZproxy access does not work, try the Oberlin College VPN - Virtual Private Network.

Library Services
Online chat service is available between 9a-noon, 1-5p and 7-9 pm Monday - Friday, 1-5pm Sunday. Check the hours on the home page.
Librarians are available for virtual research appointments with individuals or groups via Zoom and other platforms. If you don't see a time posted that works for you, contact a librarian directly via email.
