Monte Beauchamp was the editor of Blab!, an annual comics magazine that regularly featured articles on the history of illustration and graphic design.
The Comics Grid
A peer-reviewed, open-access journal that aims "to promote comics scholarship within academia and the general public with contributions that present specialized knowledge in an accessible language." Contains scholarly research articles and reviews of books in this field. Many articles are also part of special collections that focus on themes, such as the role of comics in science communication, interdisciplinary approaches to jazz music and comics, and the intersections between comics and issues of law and justice.

All publications in the series are rigorously peer-reviewed. Series Editor Roger Sabin is Professor of Popular Culture at the University of the Arts London, UK and a renowned scholar in the field. (The 'Sabin Award' is given annually at the International Graphic Novels and Comics Conference.)

Use keyword to limit search results to your topic:

Quotes search for the phrase "graphic novels". The asterisk after comic is a "wildcard" symbol.
Comic book series
To find a list of published comics visit the publisher's website. For example, Marvel has a list of all the Black Panther comics back to the beginning.
