If you encounter problems or error messages when trying to access an online resource through Summon, OBIS, or one of the many databases ask Oberlin staff for help.  We can be reached through Chat (Ask a Librarian) or email when we are not staffing chat.  When you contact us we will need the following information:

• From where  (Summon, OBIS, or name of the database) where you trying to link to the online resource?
• What is the title and author of the source you are trying to access?
• What is the problem or error message you are encountering?
