In general, published scores should be cited much in the same way as books (CMOS 14.155).

Music Monuments (M2) and Collected Works of Composers (M3)

Scores from collected works (like those found in the M2 and M3 section of the Conservatory Library) should be cited as if they were a book in a series (CMOS 14.25). The series editor is typically omitted, but if you are citing prefatory material found within a collected work, you should include it after the series title.
